📝 Job Summary:

Petropipe Academy is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic professional who can act as a bridge between students and industry employers while also serving as a course counsellor. The right candidate should be confident in communication, persuasive in approach, and proficient in MS Excel to handle placement coordination and student counselling responsibilities.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with employers, hiring managers, and HR professionals
Coordinate all placement activities – interview scheduling, employer follow-ups, and student coordination
Assist students with resume building, career guidance, and interview preparation
Counsel prospective students by explaining training programs and career paths
Manage inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and maintain counselling records
Prepare and update Excel reports for placement tracking and student performance
Support and organize placement drives, webinars, guest lectures, and alumni meetups
Foster strong engagement with students to ensure active participation in placement processes

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Strong counselling and convincing ability
Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, filtering, basic analytics)
