Non-Conformance of product shall be maintained and decision Implement calibration frequency has declared as per Internal system After calibration reviewing the calibration report against standard & Procedure Verification of PR Requirement, Drawing & Quality Requirement for Supplier evaluation and periodical supplier audit conducting for Better quality Technical capability to understand and execute the given task Compliance certificate in accordance to order issued by manufactured with test result value of part supplied with order. As well as Prepare complete documentation for TPI inspection based on customer requirement & technical notes, Drawing , QAP. Instrument handling and maintained all gauges, instruments as per Master List & Maintain all instruments needs to be calibrated up to date. Verification of MTC 3.1 , IGC , (NDT Certificates (RT, UT, MPI, DP , VT Report) as per ASME Sec V Standard). And also handling the Documentation as per ASTM standard. Visual method for evaluation of surface Examination founded as per MSS SP 55 General Principal for selection of cracking resistant material hardness checking as per NACE MR 0103. Having knowledge in special process like Painting , NDT Validation and Having Exposure in ISO 9001:2015 & API 598 Documentation and Having Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing Tools like ( KAIZEN , 5S , PDCA ,7QC TOOLS ) & Monitoring the Valve markings, symbols shall be in accordance with MSS-SP-25, or the standard referred in specification sheet as Overall DCR(Defect Content Report) Handling and correct the issues on supplier end Have Ability to ensure a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and ü  Quality inspection, auditing and Valve Hydro testing witness & Third-party Inspection Handling.
