Job description

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers while identifying new potential partners.
  • Promote and sell the companys range of figured glass products to dealers, architects, and contractors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues related to orders, product quality, or service.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, providing feedback to the management for strategic planning.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to increase brand visibility.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  •  Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel within the region to meet dealers and customers.
  • Familiarity with the glass or architectural materials industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • A passion for sales and a results-driven approach.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree  or equivalent Experience.
  • Proven experience (3+ years)
  • Strong knowledge of Geographical Loaction
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
