Job Description The HR Manager (Payroll) is responsible for the timekeeping & compensation management of 2000-2500 staff members of the group. He is responsible for maintaining Statutory Compliances, Insurance, Performance Appraisal etc and be in close contact with the site offices.
Primary Responsibilities
Management of timekeeping and Compensation Management
Coordination for statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, Bonus, Leave, PT etc. of all employees and timely payments before due dates.
Budgeting and Costing
Managing the Insurance of Employees
Performance Appraisal
Liaison with various Labour offices
Management of Contract Labour
Co-ordinating with various site locations
Travelling to various sites for coordination and follow-up meetings
Secondary Responsibilities
Procurement & issue of Safety & PPE Kits
General Administration of the Branch
Management of Transport and Canteen
Estate management
Education Qualification
Post Graduate in HR
Experience Minimum 7 years of experience
Skills Required
Functional:
Statutory compliances
Labour Laws
IT Skills:
· PF and ESIC portals and compliances
· HR payroll software
Behavioral:
Interpersonal Skills
Organisational & time management skills
Good communication

Languages English, Hindi & Gujarati
